I discovered, first as an engineer and then as a project manager on capital projects, that teams have a tremendous amount of untapped potential.

I decided to do something about it.

After seeing how frustrated and disillusioned leaders and team members were because of all that wasted potential, I knew I need to do something about it.

So I formed what is now Sally Love Inspires. I have the privilege of working with leaders and diverse teams in some of the most recognized brands in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.

I've chaired and moderated numerous CEO panels and international industry events including flagship events for Engineering News Record (ENR).

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clemson University (Go TIGERS!!!) and later an MBA.
